American Carbon Block

pecialty Carbon Block was created by preserving natural materials and fine porous structures of coconut shells and high-temperature, high-pressure compressive molding. I have obtained NSF certification from the American Hygiene Association, an international standard organization. Filters coffee and tea flavours, chlorine that can adversely affect taste, harmful particulates and heavy metals. It protects the original taste and flavor of the drink and has the advantage that the taste of water does not change until the end of the filter's life.
It has strong durability against water hammer phenomena caused by backflow of high-pressure water. This prevents secondary device failure caused by the backflow of activated carbon powder to the equipment.

Sediment Filter

The sediment filter provided by HNN is a non-woven type that prevents channeling. It is also resistant to deformation caused by temperature difference due to great elasticity and flexibility.

A nonwoven-type sediment filter is comprised of FDA-proven polypropylene (PP), which does not produce chemical components such as a fluorescent whitening agent. With the use of hydrophobic spunbond, it has great antibiotic properties. In addition, it generates less static electricity compared to PET or PE, keeping it free from bacterial or dirt contamination.

In addition, the elaborate graded density keeps the filter precise, and the large collection capacity maximizes life span.

Activated Carbon fiber

HNN’s advanced activated carbon fiber is a KC-certified pre-filter.

A carbon filter is comprised of fiber, felt and activated carbon. It is greater than conventional activated filters in terms of the surface area for filtration and pore volume.

The homogeneous carbon fiber with micro pores is a next-generation filter material with an excellent effective amount of water purification, high adsorption (removal), and great flow rates.

Specialty Carbon nano tube

The Specialty Carbon Nano Tube invented by HNN has a flow channel specially designed to generate the static electricity of the carbon electrode.

The water that passes through the Specialty Carbon Nano Tube is ionized after the formation of a strong electrostatic field by charge transport and converts 7um ion into Ca(HCO3)2. It then inhibits the scale in a way to avoid chemical approaches such as ion exchange resin and polyphosphate.

In addition, the Specialty Carbon Nano Tube uses a special carbon-applied microbial material that inhibits microbial activity and damages bacteria, enhancing water safety.
