We inform you of how your personal information is used for what purposes and what actions are being taken for the protection of such information through the Privacy Policy.

In principle, if the purposes of the collection and use of personal information are fulfilled, it is immediately disposed of. However, if such information needs to be stored in accordance with the related regulations, HNN Corporation shall keep the information for the period specified by the related law as follows:

- Legal ground: Use and Protection of Credit Information Act
- Retention period: 3 years
In principle, if the purposes of the collection and use of personal information are fulfilled, it is immediately disposed of. The disposal procedure and method are as follows:
ο Disposal procedure
Once the purposes are fulfilled, the personal information provided by our customers is sent to a separate database (separate file cabinet in case of paper). Then, it is kept for a certain period time and disposed of properly in accordance with internal policy and related laws (see the Retention and Use Period).
The personal information sent to a separate database shall not be used for purposes other than retention under the related law.
ο Disposal method
- The personal information kept in a digital file format shall be deleted in an unrecoverable manner.
HNN Corporation shall not provide the collected personal information to the outside. In the following events, however, exceptions will be made:
- Users agreed in advance;
- A request by an investigation authority in accordance with the related laws and procedures for investigation purposes
HNN Corporation does not outsource customers’ personal information without their consent. In case such outsourcing is needed, the details shall be informed to the customers, and consent shall be obtained in advance.
